HOPE BURKARD

Hope Burkard is an avid reader of both adult and young adult fiction. She holds an English degree from the University of Calgary and is currently in the final year of an Honors degree in Art History at the University of Alberta with plans to pursue graduate studies. Her first novel is a Young Adult Fantasy called The Dreaming.

In addition to working on the second volume, she spent the summer pursuing an independent research project funded by a grant from her University. Her interest in the art and mythology of cultures from around the world informs and inspires her fiction writing.
