Pat Brown has over eight years in the Information Technology field, which is featured heavily in her writing.

She lived for 8 years in Los Angeles, then moved back to Canada and lived in London, Ontario. Pat has currently moved to Bermuda, were she is busy writing the second book in her gay mystery series.

She is a member of Crime Writer's of Canada, as well as the online chapter of Sisters in Crime.
