Chris Wood is a veteran international journalist and former Maclean’s editor and correspondent. Author of the highly acclaimed Dry Spring: the Coming Water Crisis of North America (Raincoast), he has written for the Globe & Mail, the Financial Post, The Walrus, The Tyee.ca and more. He won two Gold National Magazine Awards for his work on water, co-authored Blockbusters and Trade Wars (shortlisted for the Donner Prize) and, with his wife Beverly Wood, wrote the Sirius Mystery teen books, including Golden Boy and DogStar (Raincoast). He lives in Vancouver Island with his wife.
